Embracing Fitness and Fun: My Workout Routine and New Fitness Look

You all know how much I’ve always loved working out, right?! It’s one of those things that has been a consistent part of my life, even through the craziness of travel and long work hours. But with my schedule being as hectic as it is, I’ll admit, I haven’t been able to hit the gym as often as I used to. Life gets in the way sometimes, and that’s okay. However, now that I’m home for a few days, I’m taking full advantage of the opportunity to get back into my fitness routine—finally! I always feel so much better when I make time for movement, and I’m excited to get back to it.

For those of you who follow me on Snapchat (@CamilaCoelho88), you probably saw that I managed to fit in a workout yesterday (and even got my husband to join me—how cute, right?). It was such a beautiful day, and the warm weather just added to the motivation. There’s something about the sunshine that lifts my spirits, and I felt so energized throughout the entire workout. Honestly, when the weather’s nice, it just makes everything feel a little bit more joyful!

My Fitness Look: Comfort Meets Style

You all know I love a good fitness look, and yesterday was no exception! I decided to wear a black sleeveless top with side cut-outs—it’s simple but has a touch of edge, which I really love. Sometimes that means squeezing in a quick hotel room workout or going for a walk when I have downtime. But there’s something special about being at home where I can fully dedicate time to working out without any distractions.

I know that life can get in the way for all of us sometimes. Whether it’s work, family commitments, or just feeling tired, it’s easy to put fitness on the backburner. But I’ve learned that making the effort, even for just a few minutes, is always worth it. Getting back to it after a break feels so good, and it reminds me of why I love working out in the first place: it’s about feeling strong, energized, and healthy. It’s not just about hitting fitness goals; it’s about taking care of your body and making time for yourself.

Enjoying the Little Things

One of the best things about the warmer weather is how much more fun everything seems. The sun shining, the fresh air, and that feeling of summer just around the corner—everything is more enjoyable when you’re in a positive headspace. For me, working out during this time of year is so much more motivating. I find myself looking forward to it and loving every second of it. I guess it’s true what they say—when you feel good, it’s easier to stick to healthy habits. And when the weather’s nice, it makes working out feel like a mini celebration!

I’m so happy to be home and making the most of this time to recharge and reconnect with my fitness goals. It’s been a blast getting back into the swing of things, and I can’t wait to see where this momentum takes me. Plus, with my cute workout gear, I’m feeling even more motivated to keep going!
